DEBT PROCEEDINGS
Debt proceedings are divided into extrajudicial proceedings and court proceedings.
We collect debts mainly in the Republic of Estonia and Finland. However, we also have experience with other European Union member states (e.g. Sweden, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania).
We mainly provide two different options for debt collection:
- debt collection as a service;
- assigning the debt or buying the debt.
